Stacking Order
[ ]Provide automatic stacking order to allow the user to have windows moved
to the top of the stacking order when they become active.
[ ]Make automatic stacking order the default stacking order.
[ ]Allow the user to choose which stacking order to use.
[ ]When multiple windows are stacked on the screen and a window in the
automatic stacking order gains focus, raise the window and all of its
associated windows to the top of the window stack.
[ ]When using automatic stacking order, place a window on top of all other
windows and make it the active window when the user does the following:
Selects an object in the window
Selects the title bar or window border of that window
Uses keyboard navigation to warp the pointer to the window
Invokes a new window
[ ]When using manual stacking order, place a window on top of all other
windows and make it the active window when the user does the following:
Selects the title bar or window border of that window
Explicitly raises the window by an internal keyboard or mouse button
binding
Invokes a new window
