book, or both. While you can order most books identified in this document as
separate entities, you may receive some books with the ship group for a product
when you order a system unit, device, feature, or software program. Other books
can be obtained only by placing a separate order. Most online documentation is
shipped with software products. Each hardcopy book or online book is identified
in this document according to whether it is shipped with a product or whether
you should contact your sales representative for assistance in ordering it
separately. You can always order additional copies of hardcopy books described
here.
Ordering Publications
You can order publications from your sales representative or, in the U.S.,
from IBM Customer Publications Support at 1-800-879-2755. Orders can be placed
from 6:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. MST.
You can also order publications by fax. Include the following information on
your order form, and fax it to (800) 284-4721, toll-free in the U.S.
- Publication numbers for items you are
ordering
- IBM customer number, if you have one
- Credit card type (VISA, MasterCard, Diner's
Club), number, expiration date, and name on the card
- Your name, phone number, and fax number
- Ship-to address, including the name of the
person to receive the order.
