Typing this command, without any parameters, runs the
Interactive TCP/IP Stack Parameters' Configuration Utility
.

The only relevant usage here, involves the
firewall
parameter:
-s firewall (1|0)
set the status (on | off) of the firewall
-g firewall
get the current status of the firewall
