FMOS2 (FILEMAN) is a fullscreen/window OS/2 program for managing files/directories on one or more drives simultaneously. Functions: 1. File display with - cursored menubar operation (predecessor to CUA) - active file/directory highlighting (movable directory cursor) 2. Copy, Erase, Move, Attribute, Rename, and Subcopy menu functions. 3. Sort, List, and Mark PF key functions. 4. User definable PF and ALT keys. 5. Commands/programs can be executed against marked/current file(s). 6. Color and PF key customization via an ascii profile. This can be done either 'dynamically (at run time via an environment variable)' or 'permanently (by modifying the EXE)'. 7. HPFS support. NOTE: As shipped FMOS2 has some PFKeys defined to call certain other programs. For instance, PF2 calls FV2 (a fullscreen/window program for quick file browsing). These can all be changed by profiling (customizing) FMOS2, but may not work 'out of the box' if those programs can't be found in the current path. See 'Customizing FMOS2' in FMOS2.INF for details on modifying FMOS2 to suit your preferences.
