    NOTE: This cable has not been tested but it should work. There is
          2 pins identified as DTR: 6 and 8. HP says to wire pin 6 to DSR
          and pin 8 to CTS of the system end. I figure out that one DTR
          is used to signal the system the printer is ON and the other DTR
          is used for hardware flow control.
