The manual pages can be found on a seperated cd from the installation cds,
"AIX V4.3.x Base Documentation"


1, To install the man pages onto the hard drive, install the following 
   filesets from the base documentation cd using "smit install_latest" 
   command :-

   bos.html.en_US.cmds
   bos.html.en_US.nav


2, To install the man pages to be run from the cdrom drive.

   Create a directory called /infocd and mount the cdrom drive over it :-

   mkdir /infocd
   mount -r -v cdrfs /dev/cd0 /infocd

   Then run :-

   /infocd/linkbasecd

   The man pages will now work but the cdrom drive needs to be mounted for
   them to work. To umount the cdrom drive :-

   /infocd/unlinkbasecd
   umount /dev/cd0
