Aptiva/IBM IntelliStation/IBM PC - How to restore Windows default groups or folders

Please note: This document applies to Windows 3.1 and Windows 95. This document does not assume or imply that your machine was preloaded with either of these operating systems.
Grpconv is a command that restores the default groups (Windows 3.1) or folders (Windows 95). This may help if you are missing icons from Program Manager (Windows 3.1) or items from your Start Menu (Windows 95).
To run from Windows 95:
1. Click Start and then Run.
2. Type "grpconv /s" without the quotes and click OK.
To run from Windows 3.1:
1. From Program Manager, click File then click Run.
2. Type "grpconv /s" without the quotes and click OK.
