ABSTRACT:
2X64MB Non parity SDRAM DIMMs not recognized
SYMPTOM:
After installing third party or other 64MB non parity SDRAM DIMMs, the system does not complete POST or shows "0 Extended Memory" in the F1 Setup utility.
PROBLEM ISOLATION AIDS:
None
FIX:
Install only those 64MB DIMMs listed in the supported memory option tables at the following Internet URL:
www.us.pc.ibm.com/options/memory2.html
