Aptiva - 2144/2168 (SL-H) Seagate TR3/TR4 tape drives fail
Applicable to: Canada, United States
Problem:
When attempting to operate the TR3 Tape Tools (Latest version from the WWW Site) the following error occurs:
"QBWIN caused a general protection fault in module QBWQICMF.DLL at 0002:5cb6"
Solution:
In AUTOEXEC.BAT, REM out the call to IICSTART.BAT.
Note: This will disable the IBM Internet Connection software.
