IBM IntelliStation/IBM PC - Setting an onboard Ethernet controller to DHCP

In order to enable a supported system for DHCP, do the following:
1. Turn on the computer and watch the screen for the IBM logo.
2. At this point press F1 to go to Configuration/Setup.
3. In Configuration/Setup select Startup from the menu.
4. Next, select Startup Sequence at the top.
5. Set the Primary Boot to be Network, 2nd to be Diskette, 3rd to be CD-ROM (if an option), and 4th to Hard Disk.
6. The bottom of this section is the Automatic Startup. Enable this and set it to the same parameters as above.
7. Press the ESC key to exit out to the main configuration menu.
8. Choose Devices and scroll down to Ethernet.
9. Make sure that Ethernet is enabled and then set the remote option to DHCP.
10. Press the ESC key to exit out to the main configuration screen and choose Save and Exit.
