IBM PC - Windows for WorkGroups fails to install over DOS/Windows preload

Symptom:
Windows for WorkGroups fails to install beyond diskette #2.
Problem Isolation Guidance:
The 32bit disk access drivers (device=*int13 & device=*wdctrl) are commented out of the SYSTEM.INI file, and, the Cirrus video resolution is changed from VGA to a higher mode.
Fix:
Ensure that the 32 bit disk access drivers are not commented out within SYSTEM.INI. Configure the Cirrus graphics driver for VGA mode.
(The video resolution can be reset to a higher mode when Windows for Work Groups has completed installation.)
