IBM WorkPad - Custom field not appearing or scroll feature not working in Address Book

Symptom:
In the Address Book, when viewing a record, the Custom field is not shown and the arrow button to scroll down jumps to the next record instead of scrolling the page. This only occurs with records that are created as detailed below using the largest fonts setting
Make a record with the following fields:
Last name
First name
Title
Company
Work
Home
Leave Fax blank
Leave Other blank
E-mail
Address
City
State
Zip code
Country
One of the Custom fields (it doesn't matter which one)
Configuration:
WorkPad model 2GE or 20X.
Solution:
This symptom only appears when using the largest font size. To work around this symptom, choose a smaller font size.
