IBM WorkPad - E-mail Messages Having Identical Subject Lines

SYMPTOM:
When e-mail is downloaded to a WorkPad, several messages sharing the same subject header are missing
SOLUTION:
Where several e-mail messages have the same subject line in their headers, only one will be downloaded onto a WorkPad. Ensure that all messages have unique subject line information to avoid missing them during a HotSync.
