IBM PC300GL - Unable to manually change monitor refresh rates in Windows 95

SYMPTOM:
When using the Cirrus Logic, Windows95 video driver version 1.13s, the user is unable to manually change video refresh rates.
PROBLEM ISOLATION AIDS:
If the customer is using Cirrus Logic video driver version 1.13s, file name ZV3T07A.EXE, and Windows95 OSR1, this tip applies.
FIX:
If the customer desires to manually change video refresh rates, download and install Cirrus Logic Windows95 driver version 1.13L, file name ZV3T05A.EXE. Then, download and reinstall the current Cirrus Logic Windows95 video driver version 1.13s, file name ZV3T07A.EXE.
Reinstalling the current driver will not remove the "Refresh" tab that is included in driver version 1.13L.
CAUTION: Always consult your monitor user's guide BEFORE changing refresh rates. Selecting a refresh rate higher than your monitor can support may damage the monitor.
ZV3T05A.EXE and ZV3T07A.EXE may be downloaded via the Internet from the IBM Personal Computer File library by searching the following Internet URL: www.us.pc.ibm.com/files.html
ZV3T05A.EXE and ZV3T07A.EXE may also be obtained from the IBM PC Company BBS system by calling 919-517-0001.
