OVERVIEW
The WorkPad PC companion, a powerful mobile productivity tool, helps keep you organized and in touch in this connected world. Using standard development tools, you can easily add custom applications to suit your information infrastructure and unique work environment.

Its small size(1) of 119.7 mm x 81.97 mm x 17.81 mm (4.7 x 3.2 x 0.7 in), light weight of 170 g (6.0 oz), and new sleek design make it ideal to carry with you. The WorkPad PC companion can be enhanced with options that provide even more function.

The WorkPad is compatible with products designated as PalmPilot compatible for the 3Com PalmPilot connected organizer(4).

The display is backlighted to provide excellent viewing even in low-light situations.

WORKPAD CRADLE
Sleek and simple, the cradle connects the WorkPad to your PC for HotSync data exchange.

STORAGE AND USES
The 4 MB of storage capacity has room for:

• Addresses: Access and update all your contacts names, street and e-mail addresses, and phone and fax numbers.
• Appointments: Organize all your meetings and deadlines. Attach reminders or alarms so you won't miss deadlines.
• To-do items: Create lists and sort by priority or due date. Tap once with the stylus and completed items disappear.
• Memos: Jot down notes, then drag and drop into applications on your PC.
• E-mail messages: Send and retrieve e-mail messages from your ThinkPad or PC. View, delete, file, and reply to incoming mail.

Software keyboard is visible and usable on the LCD display.

HOTSYNC BUTTON
Synchronizes data in your WorkPad with data on your ThinkPad or PC with the push of a button. With optional conduit software, the WorkPad PC companion exchanges information seamlessly with popular personal information management (PIM) applications.

With a push of the HotSync button, information is exchanged between the two machines, keeping your schedule and e-mail updated. You can read, reply, delete, and save e-mail information right on your WorkPad, and then use HotSync later to update the e-mail information on your PC.

THREE DATA-ENTRY OPTIONS

• Easily transfer directly from ThinkPad or PC using HotSync technology
