Aptiva/IBM IntelliStation/IBM PC - Removing an icon from OS/2 and recreating it with Add Program Utility

Please note: This document applies to machines using OS/2. This does not imply or assume that your machine was preloaded with OS/2 originally.
Make a note of the type of program the icon is for: is it a DOS, Windows or OS/2 Application?
To Delete the Icon:
Use the right mouse button to drag the icon to the shredder.
Click the button labeled Delete.
When prompted if you are sure, click Yes.
To recreate the icon:
Double click OS/2 System.
Double click System Setup.
Double click Add Programs.
Click Search for and Select Programs to Add.
Click OK.
Click the appropriate drive letter. If you are not sure which drive the program is on, click all of them.
Remove the check marks from the Program Types that do not apply. For instance, if you are trying to create an icon for an OS/2 program, remove the check marks from DOS and Windows. If you are not sure, leave all of the check marks.
Click OK. OS/2 will look for programs that can have icons.
Highlight the program from the list provided.
Click OK.
Click OK for the message that the icon has been created.
Click Cancel to quit searching for programs.
Click Exit.
