IBM WorkPad - No option to synchronize with Microsoft Mail 3.5

Symptom:
There is no option to synchronize the WorkPad with Microsoft Mail 3.5 in the customer HotSync settings.

Configuration:
Any IBM WorkPad attempting to synchronize with Microsoft Mail 3.5.

Solution:
Microsoft Mail 3.5 is not supported in Windows 95 because it is not fully MAPI-compliant. Only MAPI-compliant e-mail clients can be used with the WorkPad application.
