MetaFrame/WinFrame Support--Accessing Citrix's Knowledge Base and Support Forums

Solution:

The following information will assist you in accessing the Knowledge Base and Support Forums through Citrix's home Web site. These resources contain discussions on issues between actual users of MetaFrame/WinFrame and information on fixes from Citrix support personnel. The information obtained through Citrix's website should be used with the understanding that IBM does not directly provide support for issues that strictly relate to MetaFrame/WinFrame and is not responsible for any issues arising out of the use of information from Citrix's Web site.

The URL for Citrix's home website is http://www.citrix.com .
