This incompatibility can cause OS/2 0002 Traps that contain "ERRCD=0001", DOS 110 Errors with 5 question marks or Non-Maskable interrupt errors (NMI) on other Operating systems. If the system is in one of the above serial number ranges and the customer is experiencing the above symptom, check the module in position U20 on the system board. If the first line of data written on the module is 63F7615, replace the system board. Modules having other part numbers on them are not affected. Replace the the system board FRU P/N 33F5835 with FRU P/N 96F7402 free of charge to the customer if: 1. The unit is in one of the above serial number ranges and 2. One of the above conditions occur or 3. The customer requests the ECA for systems that meet the system board module identification parameters.
