H165838: NO VIDEO DURING POST AFTER REBOOT OR POWER CYCLE SYMPTOM: The system displays NO video during POST which may be accompanied by POST beeps (beep code varies) after a reboot or power cycle. This symptom occurs only in a dual processor system if the processor stepping levels are different. PROBLEM ISOLATION AIDS: - The system is a Netfinity 5500 server, Type 8660, Model 11U, 1RU, 41U, 4RU, 42U or 4SU. - The system is configured with two (2) Processors. - The system is configured with the following option(s): 400/100MHz, 512KB Processor Upgrade Option P/N 10L5884 (FRU 10L5882) -= OR =- 350/100MHz, 512KB Processor Upgrade Option P/N 10L5883 (FRU 10L5881) - The BIOS levels affected are: Netfinity 5500 / 5500-M10 BIOS Flash Update Diskette Revision 62A v1.05 or lower.
