PROBLEM ISOLATION AIDS: This tip applies to IBM IntelliStation M-Pro Series 6898 systems preloaded with WindowsNT 4.0 and Internet Explorer 3.x. FIX: Using the "IE 4 Setup" icon provided on the WindowsNT desktop, upgrade Internet Explorer 3.x to version 4.0. If Internet Explorer 3.x is presently in a hang condition, close the application via the following steps: 1. Pres ALT+CLT+DEL to display Tasklist Manger. 2. Select tab "Applications." 3. Select Internet Explorer with Status "Not Responding." 4. Click End Task. 5. Close Task Manager.
