H136740 - SERVER 320/520 PCI/EISA WON'T ACCEPT BIOS FLASH
 
 SYMPTOM:
 The BIOS update fails.  The following message may appear:
 "error 0024:Vpp Low Error Detected"
 
 PROBLEM ISOLATION AIDS:
 - The system is a PC Server 320/520 PCI/EISA model.
 - Jumper W17 is open (missing)
 
 FIX:
 Ensure that jumper W17 is installed.  This is the default
 position for the jumper.
 
 Refer to the PC Server HMM or to the system label on the Server
 for the location of jumper W17.
