(1) Create a temp directory on your local hard drive.

(2) 	(a) If you have a CD of the UM Server Extensions, copy the IBM UM Server Extensions directories/files to the temp directory.
	(b) If you are using the downloadable version, expand the package to a temp directory.

(3) Copy the new setup.ins file to the install <tempdir>\win\en directory.

(4) Start setup.exe from the <tempdir>\win\en directory.
