The problem occurs only when the 4.20.2 patch is applied on top of v4.20. During the patch installation Windows installer detects that the i2cw.dll file was missing and prompts the user to insert the original media. However, this problem was observed when Director 4.20 was installed on systems that are not manufactured by IBM but there is a possibility it may also exist on IBM manufactured systems running IBM Director. If users are currently experiencing this problem, it is highly encouraged to apply this patch to correct the behavior. 1.3 eFix IC43565 is for the following hardware configurations All 1.4 eFix IC43565 is for the following operating systems Windows XP Windows 2000 Server Windows 2000 Professional Windows 2003 all editions Windows NT 4.0 Server Windows NT 4.0 Workstation 1.5 eFix IC43565 is for the following software configurations Director Server 4.20 Director Agent 4.20 1.6 Dependencies Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 6 is required.
