When Blade Server HS20, Type 8843 or 1883 is inserted into any but the right most slot in the chassis, users may get a message on the BladeCenter GUI in Director indicating not all nodes were able to connect. In the Server tree, it can be seen that the blades and all nodes to the right of the blade are unable to connect. If users are experiencing problem, they should apply this patch first and then follow the procedure below: 1. After applying this patch, re-collect inventory from main console to the chassis. 2. Open Blade Center Management Configuration GUI, right click on chassis and select "Start ASM Interconnect Query" 3. Upgrade to future versions of Director requires this patch to be un-installed first. If users are installing this patch on v4.20 and later if they decide to install v4.20.2.
