CIMWMI which uses user's credentials dies with user logging off and unloads all the java providers. It comes up when user logon but fails to load jvm. But rebooting machine solves the problem. Its java's issue and sun has fixed it in jdk's version 1.3.1 and gave the workaround for 1.3.0 which director uses.
