This will automatically extract the necessary files and start the eFix installation process. Follow the prompts to complete the installation *NOTE: This eFix requires administrator privileges to install. It is recommended that the Netfinity Director Support Program be stopped prior to installing this eFix however, if it has not shutdown then the eFix will stop the service. To stop the Netfinity Director Support Program under any supported Windows Operating system type the following without quotes at Command Prompt and press enter: "twgipc stop" This eFix also requires that the system be rebooted after a successful installation for the changes to take effect. 4.0 Configuration Information ______________________________________________________________________ This eFix requires version 2.12 of Netfinity Director, UM Services, or UM Server Extensions where appropriate.
