When multiple harmless severity Windows NT events are generated with the same time stamp, only the first event listed will trigger a Console User Event Message. This will automatically extract the necessary files and start the eFix installation process. Follow the prompts to complete the installation *NOTE: This eFix requires administrator privileges to install. It is recommended that the Netfinity Director Support Program be stopped prior to installing this eFix however, if it has not shutdown then the eFix will stop the service. After the installation of the eFix is complete, an attempt will be made to restart the Netfinity Director Support Program. If the service does not start properly, restarting the operating system should resolve the issue. To stop the Netfinity Director Support Program under any supported Windows Operating system type the following without quotes at Command Prompt and press enter. "twgipc stop" 4.0 Configuration Information ______________________________________________________________________ This eFix requires version 2.12 of Netfinity Director, UM Services, or UM Server Extensions where appropriate.
