Installation of RDM 4.20.3 ServeRAID Update is not required to install RDM 4.20.3 Maintenance Update - April 2006. Notes: o RDM 4.20.3 Maintenance Update - April 2006 cannot be uninstalled. o The classfix directory might be deleted during an upgrade installation of IBM Director Console or IBM Director Server. Should this situation occur, you must reinstall the RDM 4.20.3 Maintenance Update - April 2006 after you upgrade IBM Director. 1.3 Enhancements See corresponding Change History document for additional information. 1.4. Level of Recommendations and Prerequisites for the update: To install the update: o You must have first installed RDM 4.20.3 on the same system. o You must be logged onto the system with an operating-system account that has at least local administrator privileges. 1.5 Dependencies: This update can only be installed over RDM 4.20.3 or RDM 4.20.3 with RDM 4.20.3 ServeRAID Update installed. No other RDM versions are supported. 2.0 Installation and setup instructions ________________________________________ 1. Run the executable package to extract the files to a temporary directory. By default, these will extract to C:\TEMP, but you can change it in the dialog. This will extract 2 files. 2.
