Only the thermal threshold at which warnings are issued and the module shuts down are changed. Some hot environments had been experiencing unecessary thermal warnings (no one has reported a shutdown). v6 code enables support for a new microprocessor and fixes a minor bug encountered when the module experiences temperatures below 0 degress C. 1.1 Overview about this code 1.2 Limitations 1.3 Level of Recommendations and Prerequisites for the Update: This update is only required if the customer receives and is troubled over temperature warnings during normal operation or if the module runs in environments with below zero degrees Celcius conditions. 1.4 Dependencies: - none 2.0 Installation and Setup Instructions ----------------------------------------- 3.1 This code is updated from the I/O module code update screen of BladeCenter management module. 3.0 Configuration Information ------------------------------- 3.1 - none - all configuration information is preserved. 4.0 Unattended Mode ------------------------------- The update does not support unattended installation directly from the firmware.
