Customers are advised to ensure that the latest drivers are installed on the hardware. Drivers are available from the IBM Support Website. 3.2 eFix_31 is to be applied to the following operating systems: Windows XP Professional (Service Pack 1 recommended) Windows 2000 Professional, Server, Advanced Server, and Datacenter Server (Service Pack 3 required) 3.3 eFix_31 is for the following software configurations: IBM Director Server 4.11 *NOTE: eSA-Director Extension 3.0 must be uninstalled prior to installing eFix3.1 3.4 Primary installation method: Run ESAxDEN31.exe This will automatically extract the necessary files and start the eFix installation process.
