       1.0   Overview:  
		IBM Director's open design point and support for industry standards helps management 
		vendors offer customers comprehensive systems management solutions that work together 
		in a seamless, complementary fashion. The result is more choice and more capability 
		from a consistent, single interface. 
		
		IBM Director extensions from partners are also available for customers who want to do 
		more and do it from a familiar, consistent, single point of management - the IBM 
		Director Console. These tools complement IBM Director's capabilities and provide more 
		choice on how best to tackle the challenge of managing IT assets. 
 

             1.1   Overview about this code

 

                   The IBM BladeCenter Cisco switch Plug In offers the update for the IBM Director 
		   extensions to further manage the Cisco switch.

 
             1.2   Dependencies:

 

                   Installation of IBM Director Console is required to utilize this plug in.

             3.1   Installation

			Execute the application CiscoSwitchPlugIn-1.0-2.exe.  

			Follow the InstallShield Wizard prompts to install the plug in.

             No special configuration is required.


 

 

       5.0   Unattended Mode

       -------------------------------

            Unattended Mode is not supported for updating the Cisco Switch Module firmware.
