Customers are advised to ensure that the latest drivers are installed on the hardware. Drivers are available from the IBM Support Website. 3.2 eFix_211 is to be applied to the following operating systems: Windows NT4 Server SP6 and above Windows NT4 Server Enterprise Edition SP6 and above Windows 2000 Server through SP3 and above Windows 2000 Advanced Server through SP3 and above 3.2 eFix_211 is for the following software configurations: Director Server 3.1, with eService Agent 2.1 Director Server 3.1.1, with eService Agent 2.1 3.3 Primary installation method: Run ESAxN211.exe This will automatically extract the necessary files and start the eFix installation process.
