With this change the SBE's are correctly reported on the failing DIMM. BIOS Version 1.29 - Correct a issue that when CMOS backup battery is removed, the system can not boot successfully at first time the battery is restore back. BIOS Version 1.28 - Correct Presler CPU L2 cache size information. - Update Presler CPU micro-code by Intel's request. BIOS Version 1.27 - Support Intel CPU: Cedar Mill and Presler. - Support RDM WCI function. BIOS Version 1.26 - Support RDM WNI function. - Support HostRaid mode for SATA and SCSI hard drive. BIOS Version 1.25 - Support ASF 2.0 function. - Support Chassis intruder-detection feature. Bios Version 1.24 - This is the initial release. 3.0 Installation and Setup Instructions The procedure to recover the POST/BIOS is as follows: 3.1 Remove AC power from the system. 3.2 Remove the top cover from the system. 3.3 Remove the Boot Block jumper (J1) from its original location covering pins 1 and 2. Note: There may be several minutes of apparent inactivity during this process. 3.7 After the recovery, remove AC power from the system. 3.8 Remove the top cover from the system. 3.9 Put the Boot Block jumper (J1) cap back its original location for normal operation covering pins 1 and 2. 3.10 Replace the top cover and remove the "IBM IntelliStation M40 System BIOS Crisis Recovery Diskette" from external USB floppy diskette drive A. 3.11 Verify that the DMI/SMBIOS strings are correct for the IBM IntelliStation M40 system.
