Additionally added code to report deassertion of low voltage condition - Fixed problem with BMC(Service Processor) Watchdog alert not being logged in MMEL 3.0 Installation and Setup Instructions The procedure to update the BMC is as follows: 3.1 Boot to or insert the BMC firmware update diskette into drive 3.2 Recommended user copy LCREFLSH.BAT, FWPIAUPD.EXE, FRUSDR.EXE, BRMK24A.HEX and *.SDR file from BMC firmware diskette onto hard drive (optional, but highly recommended as flash times are considerably longer executing from floppy) 3.3 Type LCREFLSH.BAT. Hit 'Enter' Note: If there are problems, check the boot block jumper (J5G1). Must be on pins 1 & 2 3.10 Instructions for updating BMC if operational code becomes corrupted 3.11 Remove HS40 blade 3.11 Move switch BMC_Force_Update (S6H1, bit 5) to On. 3.12 If updating BMC boot code, ensure Write Protect jumper (J5G1) connects pins 1 & 2 3.13 Place HS40 blade in chassis. It will automatically power up and begin booting.
