BIOS Version 1.20 - Build KEE120A - Change SMBIOS structure 1 BIOS version to be a number, not text - BEST tests light error led after the nmi reboot - To force boot order to be normal boot order if 'Wake on LAN' is disabled - Modify BIOS code to support 'Ctrl-I' of console redirection - For IIPC Fan failure issue BIOS Version 1.19 - Build KEE119A - Resolve logging error code 1801 when ServerRAID 6M or 6i is installed - Fix for SATA controller being disabled at power up - Disable console redirection if the serial port is disabled - Add error code 62 when reset machine at POST for 3 consecutive times by Ctrl-Alt-Del - Add error code 162 when configuration error - Add error code 163 when beep 3-1-4 - Add error code 162 when clear CMOS - Update BU codes M04F3012, M0DF310B, M0DF3207, M0DF3309, and M1DF340C - Include the new ATI firmware - Modified fan speed control BIOS Version 1.18 - Build KEE118A - Initial release. 3.0 Installation and Setup Instructions The procedure to update the POST/BIOS is as follows: 3.1 Insert the "IBM POST/BIOS Flash Update" media for the x206/x306 xSeries system into drive A:. 3.2 Start up or restart your IBM system. 3.3 The system will boot off of the update media and automatically update the system BIOS. 3.4 On the first system boot after updating the BIOS, select the Setup Utility with the F1 key; then, select the "Load Default Settings" option. Select the "Save Settings" option, and hit 'y' to save. Then, select "Exit Setup" to exit the utility, and, finally, accept the displayed 'Y' option under "Save and exit the setup utility?" 3.5 If you are updating from a floppy diskette and wish to save your current BIOS to a file, mofify 'autoexec.bat' to include the backup '/bu' parameter.
