DMI code from v6.2 software release for all IBM Intel-based 10/100
and Gigabit Ethernet Adapters.

The DMI code from this release supports Active PCI Hotplug for all 
IBM Intel-based 10/100 and Gigabit Ethernet Adapters for xSeries.

The adapters supported include 22P6801, 06P3701, and 06P3601.

Note that 22P4901 is not supported for NT 4.0 hotplug.
