IBM ScrollPoint Wireless mouse driver for Microsoft Windows 98 and Microsoft Windows Me Version 1.04 Installation README This package installs an update to the Microsoft(R) Windows(R) 98SE or Microsoft(R) Windows(R) Me device driver for the IBM ScrollPoint Wireless mouse that comes with your IBM computer. This update requires approximately 1.30MB of space on your hard disk (drive C). This update package is intended for IBM NetVista systems that come with an IBM ScrollPoint Wireless mouse. Print this file so that you can refer to it during the installation. Downloading the update ---------------------- 1. Click the file link to download the file from the Web page. 2. When prompted, select a drive and directory in which to save the downloaded file. Installing the update --------------------- 1. Click Start, select Find, then click Files and folders 2. Type ggiz01us.exe in the search field, then click Find Now. This will locate the ggiz01us.exe file you just downloaded. 3. Double-click the icon for ggiz01us.exe. 4. Click Next. Read the license agreement. 5. Click I accept the terms in the license agreement. 6. Click Next. 7. Ensure that "Save files in folder" is set to C:\IBMTOOLS\DRIVERS\GGIZ01US. 8. Click Next. Follow the onscreen prompts and choose to reboot at the end of installation.
