Windows 98 Supplement File Disk

Notice:

If you use the Product Recovery CD-ROM shipped with your ThinkPad to
restore the Windows 98 preload environment, you do not need this
package. This package is required when you install Windows 98 without
the Product Recovery CD-ROM.

What This Package Does
-----------------------
This package contains:
        - IBM LCD Panel Color Profile support

This release supports the following systems:
   - ThinkPad i Series 1200
   - ThinkPad i Series 1300

To update the Windows 98 Supplement File Disk, refer to the "Installation instructions"
section below.

Installation Instructions
-------------------------
Windows 98 Second Edition

1. Click with the right mouse button on the desktop to open Display Properties.
2. Select the Settings tab.
3. Click  Advanced.
4. Select the Monitor tab and Change.
5. Click Have Disk.
6. Specify the directory where ibm_tp.inf and ibm_tp.icm files exist and then click OK.
7. Select ibm_tp.inf and then click OK.
8. Select one panel in the list you are using now.
9. Click Apply.
10. Select Color Management tab to make sure ibm_tp.icm file is loaded.
