Installation instructions ------------------------- 1. Start Windows 98. 2. Extract the drivers to the hard drive. 3. Click on 'Start' -> 'Settings' -> 'Control Panel'. 4. Double-click on the 'Display' icon. The Display Properties window will appear. 5. Click on the 'Setting' tab. 6. Click on the 'Advanced...' button. 7. Click on the 'Adapter' tab. 8. Click on the 'Change...' button. The Update Device Driver Wizard dialog window will appear. 9. Click on the 'Next>' button. 10. Select the 'Display a list of all the drivers in a specific location, so you can select the driver you want.' and click the 'Next' button. 11. Click on the 'Have Disk...' button. The Install From Disk window will appear. 12. In the 'Copy manufacturing file's from:' box, type in "C:\DRIVERS\W9X\DISPLAY\" and click the 'OK' button. If you extracted the files to a different location, specify that location instead. The Select a device list will appears. 13. Confirm 'NeoMagic MagicMedia 256AV' is selected in the 'Models:' field and click on the 'OK' button. 14. If the 'Update Driver Warning' window appears, click on the 'Yes' button. 15.
