Start Windows 98. 2. Extract this package onto the hard drive. 3. Click on 'Start' then click on 'Run...' 4. In the Run dialog window, type "C:\DRIVERS\W9X\DSIPLAY\SETUP" to install the video driver. Click OK to start the installation process. If you extracted the files to a different location, specify that location instead. 5. Follow the instructions on the screen. 6. Restart the system for the driver to be effective. Determining which version is installed -------------------------------------- 1. Start Windows 98 2. Click on 'Start' -> 'Settings' -> 'Control Panel' 3. Open the 'Display' icon 4. Click on the 'Settings' tab 5. Click on the 'Advanced...' button 6. Click on the 'Options' tab, and then it will show the version number Note: If there is no 'Options' tab, it means the native driver is installed.
