Start Windows 2000 and log on with the user ID authorized as an administrator. 2. Extract this package onto the hard disk drive. 3. Click Start, select Settings, then click Control Panel. 4. Double-click the Display icon. 5. Click the Settings tab. 6. Click the Advanced button. 7. Click the Adapter tab. 8. Click the Properties button. 9. Click the Driver tab. 10. Click the Update Driver button. The Update Device Driver Wizard starts. 11. Click Next. 12. Select Display a list of the known drivers for this device so that I can choose a specific driver, then click Next. 13. Click the Have Disk button. 14. Type in C:\DRIVERS\W2K\DISPLAY in the Open box and click OK. 15. Windows 2000 finds NeoMagic MagicMedia 256AV. Select below then click Next. NeoMagic MagicMedia256AV 16. Click Next. Windows 2000 copies all driver files to your system. 17. Click Finish. 18. Click Close to complete installing. 19. Windows 2000 prompts to restart. Click Yes to restart Windows 2000.
