Installation Guide ------------------ For Windows 98 1. Start Windows 98. 2. Open My Computer, Control Panel, and Display. 3. Click on the 'Setting' tab. 4. Click on the 'Advanced...' button. 5. Click on the 'Adapter' tab. 6. Click on 'Change...' button. Then Update Device Driver Wizard dialog box appears. 7. Click on 'Next>' button. 8. Select 'Search for a better driver than the one your device is using now.[Recommended]'. 9. Click on 'Next>' button. 10. Insert the ThinkPad Video Feature Diskette for Windows 95/98 into the diskette drive. 11. Make sure 'Floppy disk drives' is marked then click on 'Next>' button. 12. Select 'One of the other drivers' if queried, then click on 'Next>' button. 13. Click on 'Finish' button. 14. Windows 98 prompts you to restart the computer to make the display driver change effective. For Windows 95 OSR2(OEM Service Release 2) 1. Start Windows 95. 2. Select your screen parameters from the Color palette, Desktop area, and Font size; then click on 'OK'. 11. Click on 'Close'. 12. Follow the instructions on the screen.
