Installation Instructions ------------------------- INSTALL: 1. Start Windows 2000/XP and logon with administrative privileges. 2. Extract this package onto the hard disk drive. 3. Click Start and then click Run. 4. Type C:\DRIVERS\WIN\DISPLAY\GRAPHICS\SETUP in the Open box and click OK. If you extracted the files to a different location, specify that location instead. 5. Follow the instructions on the screen. 6. Click Finish to reboot the system and complete the installation. UNATTENDED INSTALL: NOTE: This is for system administrators' use only. 1. Start Windows 2000/XP and logon with administrative privileges. 2. Extract this package onto the hard disk drive. 3. Click Start and then click Run. 4. Type C:\DRIVERS\WIN\DISPLAY\GRAPHICS\SETUP -S -SMS in the Open box and click OK. If you extracted the files to a different location, specify that location instead. 5. Follow the instructions on the screen. DETERMINING WHICH VERSION IS INSTALLED: 1. Start Windows 2000. 2. Click Start, select Settings, then click Control Panel. 3. Double-click the Display icon. 4. Select the Settings tab. 5. Click the Advanced button. 6. Select the "Intel(R) Graphics Technology" tab. The graphics driver version should be listed on this screen. 1. Start Windows XP. 2. Click Start and then click Control Panel. 3. Click Appearance and Themes. 4. Click the Display icon. 5. Click the Settings tab. 6. Click the Advanced button. 7. Click the Adapter tab. 8. Click the Properties button. 9. Click the Driver tab. The version number will be displayed.
