What This Package Does
----------------------
VirtualDrive allows you to quickly copy non-copyrighted CD or DVD content 
to your hard drive.   This eliminates the need to carry a CD or DVD drive 
with you when retrieving or replaying the content.

This is the full version of VirtualDrive as used in Thinkpad models 
1866, 1867, 1868, and 1869.

Release 1       Contains VirtualDrive 9.030.5 build 062318

This software is provided for those ThinkPad customers 
whose systems were manufactured prior to VirtualDrive 
availability.

Installation Guide
------------------

1. Close all open applications 
2. Run the downloaded file, and accept the license agreement. It will 
extract the program and begin the setup.  
3. The default extraction directory is c:\ibmtools\apps\vdrive. You can
change this or overwrite the factory supplied virtualdrive files.
4. Follow the onscreen prompts to install.

For Silent Installation run setup.exe -s from the extracted files.

Application Notes:
------------------
- This package will only install if the customer has a ThinkPad model
1866, 1867, 1868, or 1869
- The exposed MSI files in this build are encrypted.  They cannot be
run directly.
- For Enterprise use, please contact the ThinkPad support personnel 
assigned to your account
