What This Package Does
----------------------
This package provides the Command Prompt Utility program (PS2.EXE) for
the following utilities, which runs in the MS-DOS Command Prompt
environment under Windows NT:

  - Power Management
  - Built-in Device Configuration
  - Display Device Controls

This package enables or updates the Command Prompt Utility program of
the following ThinkPad computers:

  - ThinkPad 240, 240X, 240Z

To determine if you should update the Command Prompt Utility program,
refer to the "Summary of Changes" section.

To update the Command Prompt Utility program, refer to the
"Installation Instructions" section.

Installation Instructions   
-------------------------
 1. Start Windows NT 4.0.
 2. Extract this package to the hard disk drive.
 3. Click Start, then click Run.
 4. In the Run dialog window, type C:\DRIVERS\WNT\UTILITY\SETUP.EXE
    and click OK.
    If you extracted the files to a different location, specify that
    location instead.
 5. Follow the instructions on the screen.
 6. Restart the computer for the changes to take effect.

- Type  PS2 ?  at the command prompt, then press Enter to refer to the
  usage.
- Command Prompt Utility program can also be installed from a command
  prompt window.
- To do a silent installation, use SETUP.EXE -S in step 4 above.
