What This Package Does

This package provides the following utility programs for DOS, Windows 
98, and Windows Me(DOS screen) users:

 - Utility for Command Prompt

This package enables or updates the utility programs of the following
ThinkPad computers:

 - ThinkPad R31

To determine if you should update the utility programs, refer to the
"Summary of Changes" section.

Installation instructions
-------------------------
DOS
 1. Start DOS.
 2. Extract this package to the hard disk drive.
 3. Type INSTALL.EXE and press the Enter key.
 4. Follow the instructions on the screen.

Windows 98/Me
 1. Start Windows 98/Me.
 2. Extract this package to the hard disk drive.
 3. Click Start then click Run.
 4. Type C:\DRIVERS\W9X\UTILITY\INSTALL.EXE and click OK.
 5. Follow the instructions on the screen.


Determining which version is installed
--------------------------------------
 1. Open a DOS screen.
 2. Execute the command PS2 ?.  
    The version information is at the first line.
