Installation Guide
------------------

Notice:
-------
 Before installing the NoteBook Manager package, run the "Add/Remove
 Programs" utility from Control Panel to remove any previous version
 Notebook Manager.

 1. Start Windows 98.
 2. Extract the NoteBook Manager package onto the hard drive.
 3. Click on 'Start' then click on 'Run...'
 4. In the Run dialog window, type "C:\DRIVERS\W9X\NBUTIL\SETUP" to
    install the Notebook Manager utility. Click OK to start the
    installation process. If you extracted the files to a different
    location, specify that location instead.
 5. Click on 'Next' to continue with the setup program.
 6. Follow the procedure to complete the installation.


Determining which version is installed
--------------------------------------
1. Start Windows 98
2. Click on 'Start'->'Programs'->'Notebook Manager'->'Notebook Manager'
   to bring up Notebook Manager window.
3. Right click on anywhere of the Notebook Manager window to pop up a menu.
4. Select 'About...' to show the version number.
