IBM Easy Launch buttons II for Windows Me

This program is only for Windows Me.

How to check if your system has been installed with Windows Me or 
another OS such as Windows 98 or Windows 95 is :

1) Open Control Panel.
2) Select System icon.
3) You can see the General information at System Properties.
   System:
       Microsoft Windows Me 
       4.90.3000.  

or you can see the Windows Me logo screen when the system boots up.


What This Package Does
-----------------------
The IBM Easy Launch buttons enables or updates the Easy Launch
buttons functions of the following ThinkPad computers:

   - ThinkPad i Series 1200

Installation Instructions
-------------------------
   1. Start Windows Me.
   2. Extract this package onto the hard disk drive.
   3. Open Control Panel.
   4. Double click the System icon to open Device Manager.
   5. Find the keyboard icon and double click on it.
   6. Select the Driver tab.
   7. Click the Update Driver button.
   8. Choose Display a list of all the drivers in a specific locaton,
      so you can select the driver you want.
   9. Click the Next button.
  10. Choose Have Disk.
  11. Guide the wizard to Standard(101/102) keyboard with IBM Easy 
      Launch buttons.
  12. Follow the operation of IBM Easy Launch buttons setup.


Determining which version is installed
--------------------------------------
 1. Click Start, then select Settings, then click Control Panel.
 2. Double-click the IBM Easy Launch buttons icon.
 3. Click the control menu icon which is top left hand 
    side corner of the window.
 4. Choose About IBM Easy Launch buttons Customization
    Utility in the pull down menu.
 5. Then file version information will be displayed in the 
    window.
