Installation instructions
-------------------------
Windows 98/Me
1. Unzip the package into temporary directory.
2. Attach USB Portable Diskette Drive to the system.
3-1. If the dialog requesting for the driver appears, follow the step 
     9 of Update install for Windows 98/Me.
3-2. If the dialog requesting for the driver does not appear, follow
     the instruction Update install for Windows 98/Me from the 
     beginning.


Update install for Windows 98 or Windows Me
1. Turn off the system and detach USB Portable Diskette Drive.
2. Start Windows 98/Me.
3. Click Start, select Settings, then click Control Panel.
4. Double-click Add/Remove Programs.
5. Click Install/Uninstall tab.
6. Select Teac Usb Floppy Disk Driver.
7. Click the Add/Remove button.
8. Attach USB Portable Diskette Drive to the system.
  (Add New Hardware Wizard will automatically be opened.)
9. Click the Next button in Add New Hardware Wizard.
10. Click Display a list of all the drivers in a specific
    location, so you can select the driver you want.
11. Click the Next button.
12. Click the Floppy disk controllers in the list, and click 
    the Next button.
13. Click the Have Disk button.
14. Point to the appropriate location where the package was unzipped.
15. Click the OK button.
16. Select PnP TEAC USB FDD in the list.
17. Click the Next button.
18. Click the Next button.
19. Click the Finish button.
20. Restart the system.


Determining the Pacakage Version
-------------------------------- 
1. Start Windows 98/Me.
2. Attach IBM USB Portable Diskette Drive to the system.
3. Click Start. select Settings, then click Control Panel.
4. Double-click the System icon.
5. Click the Device Manager tab.
5. Expand Floppy disk controllers.
6. Select PnP TEAC USB FDD and click the Properties button.
7. Click the Driver tab.
8. Click the Driver File Details button.
9. Click %WINDOWS%\SYSTEM\TEACVSDD.VXD (%WINDOWS% is the name of the 
   folder where Windows installed). 
10. File version column shows the driver version. 
    For example: File version: 1.08
